Upload the A1 .pfx/.p12 and extract real metadata.

Allow portal
Create one allowed domain, for example cav.receita.fazenda.gov.br.

Create grant
Connect the certificate + portal to the current user. No roles needed for MVP.
Step 4
Test policy
Check if the certificate may be used on the selected URL and device.
